Confused about due date

OK so the first date of my last period was 6th May. I know the date I conceived - it was 18th May. I'm really confused, does that make me 2 or 4 weeks pregnant?!

So when I work it out using the calculator it says I'm 4 weeks and 2 days, but if I conceived only 2 weeks ago is that right? I'm just confused at what I should be looking at in terms of the development - am I at 2 or 4 weeks?

It's my first pregnancy so any help from anyone more experienced will be much appreciated!
