Holistic/natural morning sickness remedies?

Any natural or holistic ways to curb the nausea? It's really bad and I have to be in work in 3 hours :( any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Fresh lemon wedges with a tiny bit of salt helped me tremendously with my first.
I used to work as a sous chef and the smells were impossible to deal with, so every day, my chef would cut a lemon and give me a small ramiken of sea salt. He had been using this trick with pregnant cooks for 25 years and had excellent results each time.

Vitamin b6 has been working well for me. Granted, I only started two days ago, but I haven't been sick since, so fingers crossed it stays this way!  It's b6 25mg 3 times a day. I take it in he am after breakfast, at around 3pm and right before bed. Good luck! Hope you feel better :)

Hard to say. Just the typical stuff: ginger, peppermint, ice chips, oyster/saltine crackers. I hope you can find something to give you a little relief! Not much worked for me, they were more of a distraction than relief. Good luck!
