Car accident

Okay ladies. I was in a minor car accident. Some lady pulled out in front of me and I hit the side of her car. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I'm currently sitting in the emergency room to check on the baby. My question is should I have come to the er ? My fiance thinks we're here for no reason because I'm not bleeding. But I just want to make sure my baby is okay. I had a miscarriage in march and everything scares me and being in an accident was something I was most scared of.
