I honestly can't tell what I am looking at.

It's the bottom of baby's legs and butt with a very obvious something hanging out in the middle. The top of the picture is his left leg and it makes an upside down U (leg-butt-leg ) I would say that very much looks like a boy, especially if that's what the ultrasound tech told you. Congratations!

Yes it's a boy!  Weird angle but you can see both legs butt and then the penis in between. Here is my sons.
