4 c-sections

I just found out I'm pregnant with baby number four and I'll be having a cesarean yet again. With my third child the dr mentioned scar tissue but never said anything about not having more kids. I'm starting to freak out about all of the complications. Has anyone had 4 or more cesareans and been ok? This will be the last so I'll have my tubes tied. Youngest kid is 2 (3/7).
