11 dpo and feeling weird

So im 11dpo and Ive had this weird pressure feeling down low and it comes and goes started 2days ago but it comes and goes not alot no spotting I tested this morning but no line I have had issues with hpt before doc said he will do beta next tuesday but im freaking out cause ive had 3miscarriages and habe progesterone issues so I take supplements hut it im pregnant I need shots ... did anyone else get pressure that hurts like this ... btw I never get pms or period cramping either this is y im so freaked out :((
