I feel this way all the time. My husband said we should stop "trying" and just have fun. It's just so heartbreaking when you have all the signs of pregnancy  but AF still comes anyways. I'm drained from getting my hopes up.

Yes... Because it's emotionally exhausting... Many tears and anxiety attacks in the 3.5 years we tried before we were successful.
