Miscarriage?

I've been having spotting recently, and I just thinking it was my period just went about daily life. I am sexually active, but I am on birth control & he uses a condom. As I was in the shower earlier, a clump the size of my palm came out, and I felt it and it was hard. I had no signs of pregnancy or anything. Could this have been a miscarriage?

No, most likley just a heavier then normal period.  They do happen, what you saw was a part of your uterine lining, it just came off in a larger piece then normal.  As long as you are not in a lot of pain, above and beyond normal cramps, no worries.

It sounds like what I experienced during my miscarriage. But I'm wondering if it was one if you didn't have pain? I couldn't move for two days.

It is remotely possible but far, far more likely that it was just uterine lining that came out in a chunk. Only way to know for sure is to have blood work done asap if you really want to know.
