Anyone TTC 1+ struggling with keeping body "baby ready" while still trying to live life??
In our first few months TTC it was almost exciting eating only baby making foods, taking my prenatal vitamins and avoiding anything that could be potentially toxic to our future baby. But now that we are almost at the 2 year TTC mark, I find myself struggling with enjoying these carefree days pre-baby with my hubby while feeling guilty with every sip of alcohol or bite of sushi that I take - in the back of my mind thinking, could I be pregnant? Anyone else feel like this and how do you handle it?
