Opinions welcomed, please.

Three days ago I had some light brown discharge that I checked with a tampon assuming it was an early cycle. Taking out the tampon there were few dark brown spots and one pink spot. Nothing more that day. Following day was the same discharge but lighter. Did the same tampon test but not as dark and no red spots. Today I have no spotting. I am a regular 28 day cycle. My cycle began 5/18 ended 5/22 and my fertility window was 5/27 to 5/31.

I have had some cramping, nausea, headaches, pelvic pain, and very tired. However, i am a mommy of 1yr old twin daughters.
