On a scale of 1-10 (1 being little to no pain and 10 being extreme pain) how painful are your period cramps?

Anyone else have to get up in the middle of the night almost in tears to try and find a heat pad and pain pills?! I hate it

Since babies and being on birth control I hardly notice them. When I was younger and not on hormonal birth control they were horrific.
