His "friends"

My husband's closest friend asked him to spend time only with him and pretty much ditch his wife. Cause apparently his friends like me but they want to be just with him. I am hurt but he is hurt too because his friends put him in a such a difficult position. I don't know what my reaction should be. If I should de the better person and let it go or put them in their place.
