Opinions needed!

I went on a boat ride today and the water got extremely rough so for 10-15 minutes straight it was all hard constant bumps. I'm 18 weeks along and can't feel the baby move yet but is my baby okay?? I'm not sure if I should go in or not since I can't monitor my baby's health by movement.
