IPhone 5 partner Glow

My hubby has an iPhone 5....I've invited him from my Glow multiple times and no matter what info we put in on his phone it says, "Please go partner sign up flow." The only option is to click "ok" & we are back at page where he enters his name, email, password and birthday. We can't get past this page on his phone. We've also uninstalled and reinstalled, starting over and get the same result. Help please!
