Missed opportunity?

My husband and I are trying to conceive. According to Glow my peak day was today (at 32% fertile). Unfortunately my husband had to go out of town last night but we managed a little romp in before he left. I took a ovulation test last night before and it was negative. I took another one again this morning and it was positive but very faint line. Could there still be a chance even though it wasn't my peak day?
