Possibly pregnant? Advice please!

Question

So I had sex (first time) on the 4th/5th (went past midnight).

No condom was used and I'm not on birth control, he said he pulled out in time and cleaned it off before repenetration.

The morning after, approximately 12 hours later, I took a Plan B pill.

According to this app, I had a 3% risk of pregnancy and I was not ovulating. My period should also start in about 5 days, although this app is usually 1 or 2 days off.

I feel kinda nauseous but that was a side effect of the pill as well as some abominable pain, however it kinda also feels like the pre-menstural pain I usually get, I'm just nervous. I also drank that night and sometimes my hangovers last a couple of days. I mean, if I did get pregnant, would I have side effects already? It has only been 2 days.

I just want basic opinions... Is there a good chance that I'm not pregnant? What steps do  I take now? Should I get a pregnancy test before those 5 days? Should I get a pregnancy test even if/after I get my period? Anything else I should do?

(Side note, I do also plan on going to the doctor to get tested for any STD's... How long do I wait for that since different ones take different amounts of time to become detectable?)

You would not have symptoms this early but you have the possibility to get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex. get on the pill and buy some condoms in the mean time.

If it's only been two days since you had sex you should be fine. But I would agree with you make sure you get tested for STDs. They take maybe a week to get back but you should be fine since you took the plan B. If your period is late then take a test and go from there. Good luck. Please make sure you have guys wear condoms. I would say that you have a very low chance if any chance if getting pregnant from that day since he pulled out and you took a plan B. You should be fine. Also you wouldn't have any symptoms that soon if you were pregnant. If you do want to take a pregnancy test then take it the day of your missed period (if you miss it).

Is it possible you are pregnant yes but you took plan b in the appropriate amount of time. I would hold off taking a pregnancy test until after your period is missed. Next time you have sex please be smart and use protection.

Plan B will throw your cycle off, btw, so be prepared for your period to be late. Next time you have sex definitely use protection, otherwise, don't have sex - it will save you a lot of worry and stress (and save you money by not dropping $40 for the emergency contraception...which you shouldn't take often because it can be unhealthy to repeatedly take it). 
You're likely not pregnant. If you remember the exact day you had unprotected sex, you can take a pregnancy test exactly 2 weeks afterwards, at the earliest (and in which case, take the test first thing when you wake up in the morning).

Plan B is a big dose of the hormones in birth control pills. It can cause nausea, cramps, early or late period, breast tenderness, etc.
