Irregular periods
Hi everyone! I had regular periods up until I turned 19 then I went all over the place. I'm now 32. my last actual period was feb. Recently I had some spotting and then left side cramping among other symptoms that point to ovulation. I have an apt with my OB on Monday to figure out what my body is doing. I'm trying to track ovulation, temp and all now.
Anyone else have success with irregular periods?
