Prenatal vitamins!?

Anyone else taking one a day prenatal vitamins? How are they on your tummy with morning sickness? Have you tried the gummy prenatal vitamins? Any difference? Thank you for the feedback!

My doctor actually told me I can take two flinstones chewable vitamins cause they have iron and folic acid prenatal vitamins make me really sick

Gummy prenatals don't contain iron and sometimes don't absorb as well. I recommend taking the actual pill, but right before bed time to avoid the sick feeling.

I started out taking the one a day's but switch to the target brand. Half the cost with the same exact supplement facts. They are fine for me. No morning sickness. I take them with breakfast but I've heard it helps to take they at night if your getting sick in the morning.

I tried the prenatal pack you posted and I got really sick from it. It was so bad I thought I had a stomach virus. I switched to the women's pack from GNC but the constipation was real. Right now I am taking Nature Made. It's only 1 pill and I have to compliment it with an iron tablet because I'm anemic and a b12. It's a lot better than the total of 5 pills for the first prenatals and the 8 from the second attempts. I do have to say I missed some days but I am quite awful at taking medication.

Do you think the one a day smell like straight fish/taste a bit like it too. My first bottle did not smell/taste this way but since starting the second bottle it is quite strong and hard to swallow down. Maybe I'm just having a bad aversion and my senses are stronger than they were a month ago. My one a day prenatal with DHS I know has fish oil in it so that must be it.
