Question on breast feeding and drinking

Okay so , I have been breast feeding my almost 2 month old baby exclusively and about a week ago or so I had one drink . I pumped milk for the night and I had one beer , I later pumped out milk because my boobs were full of milk and I threw that milk away was that the correct thing to do ? Please dont judge me as I don't drink all the time and that was my first drink since I found out i was pregnant. I'm also asking because I want to have one drink tonight with my hubby ( just one corona but the bigger bottle of it) , how long should I wait to breast feed ? Last time I went the whole night without breast feeding I just gave my baby the bottles with my breast milk
