Started ovulation sticks after mc

Has anyone started using ovulation sticks straight after miscarriage? The only way I can get over this is to start trying straight away. I do realise the sticks can be inaccurate during this first month after mc. Any advice though- I had a negative result yesterday, and then today a positive result for ovulation. Think this can be trusted as I've had one neg already?
