Does your baby do this?

My baby will rub my hand from the inside of my belly. I'll lay my hand on top of my belly & she will just rub it... She also gets so mad she kicks her feet & you see a huge lump go across my belly. She also lays in weird positions which make my belly look deformed. Like the picture below. (My belly button is at that awkward stage where it's starting to pop out)
