Hello, this is my first post! So my husband and are thinking of switching to using spermicide and condoms for a birth control combo, because we prefer for me to use hormone free birth control. I was curious as to what experiences the glow community has had using spermicide, what brands you would recommend, and what I should be aware of before use?
