What do YOU suggest to use while on period?

I use a menstrual cup (not atm) . Cloth menstrual pads and sea sponge tampons. I can't use any disposible products.. and cloth pads are so much more comfortable.

Tampons...only use pads towards the end...

I'm actually allergic to tampons every time I use them I end up with a really bad infection. So I use pads or panty liners. Just depends on my flow.
