Who is getting up with baby at night?

Have any of you ladies discussed with your SO over who is getting up with the baby at night? I'm just curious if it's something you discuss ahead of time or just figure out as you go along. What did you decide?

I'll be quitting my job a month before my due date and won't go back to work for at least 6 months. I figured for the most part I'll be the one getting up with little boy during the night since hubby has to work. But being a FTM, is that even realistic?
