My body create salt after I run
Anyone here experience this?
In the summer, I'd rather do my outdoor run with sports bra and shorts alone (since it's so hot out here), but damn salt on my skin doesn't look good at all.
I haven't talk to my physician about it yet, but I heard some say that it's due to lack of sodium, and that I need to start chugging those sports drink before and during run.
Anyone here had this and were you able to stop or reduce the salt??
