Dreams of positive test

Last night I had a second dream of having a positive pregnancy test. I dreamed I was at the hospital and that the doctor needed a urine sample and it came back positive . Which is so strange since yesterday around 8:30 I went to the hospital for very bad cramps I was having . And the doctor wanted a urine sample but I left before giving her one . I hoping this dream means good news soon 😇
