Is cramping a sign of pregnancy?

My cycles are pretty regular, and I am still 5-6 days away from my period. I currently have a sharp cramping in only my right side. (Not dull and achy like period cramps) is this a sign of pregnancy? I am 10 DPO

In may I was cramping and just assumed my period was coming. Turns out I was pregnant. It's definitely possible. It's a symptom of pregnancy.

Cramping was one of my first symptoms and it started about a week before I was expecting my period (along with crazy hot flashes and acne).

This is all I had with my first. But if it is just on one side it can be a sign of ovulation.

Yes, it is a possiblity. My periods are like clock work, so I thought I was about to start...turns out I got a BFP instead. Also, my boobs were way more sore than normal.

Also, I am a nurse so I know it's not my appendix or kidney stones. And no bleeding or spotting down below either.
