Lactation?

So kinda weird... Last month before AF, I noticed my left breast was slightly leaking some fluid (kind of like milk but not while. Almost clear). I thought it might mean I was pregnant! But unfortunately it was BFN. The weird thing is that it has never happened before, not even with my previous pregnancy, but it's been like this ever since last month. My next AF is 6/12 so I don't know if this means I may be pregnant, or if I should see a doc, or what it could mean. Anybody else experienced this before?
