it's the wall of your uterus shedding all at once. can sometimes be a miscarriage or I have experienced this while using a Nuvaring. do you by chance use them?

Usually miscarriages are greyish/silverish tinted but I'm not saying its not possible but it looks like the shedding of your uterus I had this happen all the time to me and still do sometimes
