Does anyone know how likely it is to conceive even when using the pull out method? I was in a higher fertile percentage when we did it, and I spotted the other day, and am slightly nervous that I might have been implantation bleeding.

Google the stats, I remember them saying it's actually really high bit that's compared to birth control which is 99.9% effective. Bottom line with the pull out method is NOT to use it if ur not ready to deal with an accidental pregnancy. Pay attention to your body and test when it's time. Good luck.
