What do you think? Pulling out?

Question

I use the pull out method, normally we abstain from sex my fertile week but I totally forgot about ovulating, thinking it was next week. Can I hear some opinions on if you think I will be pregnant or not? I would be happy with pregnancy but not TTC at the moment.

It's a terrible idea. The pull out method has a higher failure rate than what many people realize. Your body chemicals are always changing which could cause you to get pregnant. My suggestion is to use protection.

My husband and I used that method for 6 years, and weren't even careful about fertile window and never got pregnant. Then when we decided to start trying we got pregnant the first month. So I guess it worked!

My first two daughters were conceived with the pull out method. I know quite a few people who conceived this way. But then again I also know people who have only ever used this method and they have no kids. Every body is different. But from experience I don't recommend it if you're not wanting to have a baby. Otherwise continue on. With our third we decided to try and first cycle conceived.

Worked for me for 6 years without tracking ovulation. It's different for everyone but don't trust it.

Me and my boyfriend always used the pull out method and never got pregnant. There's always a slim chance of pregnancy when using the pull out method. But I don't think it's anything to be concerned about until you miss your period.
