Upper middle stomach pain?

Since last night I've had pain in my belly. It felt really full and almost like trapped gas. It even made it uncomfortable to sleep on my belly. Today it's still directly in the upper middle part of my abdomen and hurts when I bend over or put my knees to my chest...anybody else? I'm kind of worried. I'm 10 weeks. We start a 3 day road trip tomorrow and this has me concerned. The nurse hasn't gotten back to me. Also not sure if it's related but my lower back aches also...
