Fertility Dr or Obgyn

Hi I'm 28 and I've been TTC for a little over a yr now. My bf is telling me I'm stressing myself out about it which could be my problem, not to mention in over weight. But he's younger and has 2 from a previous long term relationship. So that's easy for him to say. So my question is should I talk to my regular OBGYN about meds or should I go to a fertility specialist??? I feel like it shouldn't be that hard since my cycle is very regular almost to the minute. I just don't buy opks
