Do you believe someone can tell if you are getting ready to be pregnant?

I have a friend that swears she knows when women are pregnant often before they do. She also knows when women are fertile because she told me now is a good time to get pregnant if I wasn't already. I was in my fertile window too. No way she could have known that. I'm hoping this our month! Anyone experience this?
