I am 13 wks pregnant and belly button starting to pop but the popped part is very hard and is painful. Almost feels bruised. Any thoughts? Should I be concerned?

Umbilical hernia perhaps? I'd ask your doctor about it, especially since you mention that it's painful.

My three year old was born with an umbilical hernia and the second he started complaining that it hurt, his doctor scheduled surgery. Turns out he had a second hernia just above that one. Poor guy. I hope you find relief fast!!

Looks like an umbilical hernia to me. I have one but it's probably 10 times bigger then that. I've had it for 4 years. I have to get it repaired after this pregnancy

Have you had any abdominal surgery in the past? Maybe you have some adhesions that are getting moved around now.

Lol mine too but it doesn't hurt,  all around it's pretty hard but below that it's softer,  the baby isn't THAT high up because my Dr used the Doppler way down low last Thursday. (excuse my marks,  lol second pregnancy)
