Is something wrong with me, should I consult a physician?

Do I even ovulate first of all. I'm not on any contraception whatsoever, according to glow today is my peak day. I took an opk and it was negative even though we still BD. My cycle is about 31 days so who even knows if this freaking app is right or if it's just me.... Or what but I'm concerned I can't conceive and my husband and I really want a little one. Any advice helps ladies :) thanks :)
