Right ovary cramping?

TTC for a month now. Go-and-come light cramping on my right ovary... Not sure when I start my period since I got off my pills a month ago and I was irregular before taking them, but I'm assuming it should be here within the week. The cramping has been going on for a little over a week now, and it is NOT period cramping. Has anyone else experienced this?? What could it be?
