Miscarriage signs?!?! Sorry so Long!

. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months going on 7. I have regular cycles and always start on time. This month I was four days, and was planning on testing over the weekend. Friday I noticed I had some cramping going on, lower stomach under my belly button, when I went to lay down the pain got a 100 times worse then spread to my back. Saturday I woke up still having cramps and a migraine went to the bathroom and noticed blood and a good size clot in the toilet, I normally have small clots but this was bigger than my normal ones. For the rest of the day I was cramping and passing clots. Today I've had a few and horrible pains... Do you think I am having a miscarriage?
