I use coconut oil for my eczema. I don't have vaginal eczema, but it might help! Coconut oil is also safe for down there.

I only have it on my arms but two things that really help (over the counter), that I think would be safe down there, would be aloe or vitamin e oil.

I had eczema on my back and my dermatologist told me about this lotion called Amlactin or amazon (they sell it at target) it's really good and it cleared my back right up!. Oh and coconut oil works wonders.
