Little movement for last two days

Baby is usually very active and since sat night has been barely moving more than once or twice an hour. I'm 26 weeks now. I've been tossin and turning all night worrying because she is usually most active at night and she isn't tonight either after not moving much all day. I'm considering going to ER now before work but don't know if I'm being paranoid. It's almost 4 AM
