Only had sex once

I had sex with my husband only one time this cycle. We had sex two days after I got a positive opk. I had a pinching feeling on my right side at 9dpo. I have never had that before. AF is due Wednesday should I wait to test?? What do you think my chances are since we only had sex once? Has this happened to any of you before you got your BFP?
