How soon is too soon?

I recently entered a relationship and he said the three words (I love you) within a couple hours after asking me out. I just want to know that if should question his intentions or what.

Well it depends on how long you two have known each other. If you just recently met and started dating, that's a little quick. And you should probably talk to them about it. However if you've known each other for years, maybe they just needed to finally tell you how they felt.

If you're questioning his intentions then it seems as though you may know the answer.. are you at a younger age? It seems like young teenagers mistake lust for love. Love and lust are two very different things... I know for myself if u didn't know the guy beforehand and we had just hung out and he said it I would be a bit concerned.

I don't know how old you are, but that happened to me at 13 just because I thought We were supposed to say that so maybe that's it. But that would personally terrify me.

He is 17 and I am 16. We are in the same grade. We went to the same middle school and only had one class this past school year. He just asked me out and about 2 hours after asking me out he said I love you.
