When you all tell your in laws?

My mother and sisters new immediately since they were my support when I miscarried and just needed them for support for my rainbow baby.. I'm 6w4d today and although we didn't hear the heartbeat cause my doc said that the u/s signal was not strong enough it was done transabdominal but we were lucky enough to see the baby flicker!! My doctor said there is a heartbeat present.. I want to tell my in laws this weekend.. Which will make me 7w3d.. Is that to soon.. I have my next scan at 9 weeks so not sure if I should wait.. I only want to tell immediate family so I'm at crossroads on what to do..
