OPK?!

Okay ladies!! the last two months positive opk was cd 14 about 1030 am. Not a pro at testing cm. but believe had ewcm cd 9-10. Experiencing sensitive nipples now. Took last opk this morning at 1000 am. And this is the result. I have only peed twice this morning, lots each time but only consumed a cup of coffee. Not sure if urine was diluted, if missed surge, or if the surge is still to come. Did BD Saturday and Sunday. Wondering if still should tonight and tomorrow. Any help appreciated !!
