Help..
Okay, so I use two different apps to track my periods and ovulation.
My periods and ovulation normally sync exactly but, this month is different. I wasn't able to buy a opk but I BD anyway.
Any suggestions as to which one to go by?
I've had cramps today. Not sure if it's ovulation, or if it could be something else.
(The yellow days are fertile week)
