25 TTC #1 Extremely Odd Dreams

Okay so AF is due 6/22. We have been trying to conceive for 6 months. Last month my period was 4 days late but I eventually started. Although it was different from most of my periods. The first day was just spotting. The second day was heavy and crampy. Then the third and fourth days were just light/spotting. The past couple of nights I have had exceptionally weird dreams. First night I dreamt I was pregnant and far along. Second night I dreamt I was lactating but wasn't pregnant. I've been having diarrhea, headache, appetite of a man and lower back pains. Is there anyway I conceived last month and still had a period?
