LH Surges

I have a few questions and need some possible answers. This past Friday, June 5th, I used an opk and had no LH surge and then on Saturday, June 6th, I had a surge. Then I tested yesterday, June 7th and the result was no surge again. All three times I tested in between 8:30 and 9PM. My hubby and I BD'ed on Friday and yesterday. Is there a chance that we conceived is why I had only a 24 hour surge? Has anyone ever had this happen to them and did you conceive is the reason for the short surge? This is the first TTC and using OPKs. Please be kind and God bless.
