Opinons ?

Im on day 46 with no period, I have been having long cycles maybe 35/40 tops but now Im a week late I went to the hospital last Thursday they did. Urine test an then a ct scan diagnosed me with menstric lymphadentopathy. .. or swollen lymph nodes my white blood count isnt high though as to show an infection an explain the lymph nodes. ... my cervix are high closed an firm cervical mucus creamy an medium ... I guess Im heading back to yhe hospital today since still no period still in pain and nauseaous breast hurt etc ... my daughter I was 8 weeks before urine or blood was postive .. but ultrasound showed her 8 weeks long when finally got my bfp ... has anyone had pain with pregnancy ?
