I really appreciate the help ladies! I'm pretty sure I'm freaking myself out more than I should be.

Sounds like it could be endometriosis. I was diagnosed at 15 years old after a laparoscopy because of painful and heavy periods. Fast forward in time and dealing with chronic constipation, I always thought the two were unrelated. After joining glow and a Facebook group called Endo is not the Endo me, I've discovered that many women with Endo have bowel issues with either constipation or diarrhea usually at different points of the cycle. Unfortunately the only way to diagnose endometriosis is with surgery.  Good luck to you! I hope you get the answers you're looking for
