Late period but negative tests?

I am 7 days late, feeling sicky and cramping in my stomach. No sore boobs to be seen and I ALWAYS have this 4-5 days before my period arrives, never been this late but tests Iv took say negative? Help?!

Glow is a guesstimate it's not going to be right every month. Did you take ovulation test to confirm you ovulated when glow says you did? I find glow has been completely wrong on ovulation and periods. It's just a guide.

I'm in the same boat and it turns out since it's my first month TTC I may have ovulated later than Glow predicts because my cycle is longer than 28 days. So I'll keep getting BFN's until it's closer to my actual, next AF. I probably ovulated the week we kinda took "off" from BD'ing! But thankfully there's a couple BD days where if we are lucky we could if conceived! I changed my cycle length in settings to see new ovulation and AF prediction dates. Baby dust to you!

Maybe your cycle is changing or you have been under some stress to throw it off.
